Ali charged me £35 to replace my Samsung A70’s battery. He did fine job and the price is reasonable. However I’m only giving 3 stars due to poor customer service. Ali was very friendly to begin with. They didn’t have the battery in stock so he told me to come back a few days later. He left me a voicemail once the battery had arrived. Up until that point everything was going well. However when I did make subsequent visit to get the battery replaced, his demeanour had completely changed, he wasn’t his usual happy self like before, and seemed even reluctant to say a simple hello. In fact he seemed irritated with me, so much so that I ended up asking him if I did/said something that offended him, and I wanted to apologise if I did. But he said I did not offend him. So I have no idea that would explain his Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde like behaviour. Maybe he was just having a bad day? Or maybe I was a couple of days slow to respond to his voicemail and he is holding a grudge for that? I don’t know. In any case, good customer service is very important to me. Some basic courtesy goes a long way and doesn’t cost anything.

Professional and very friendly service. My initial reason for going in was to ask for assistance with switching over sim cards into my smartphone. That was done for me in less than a minute at no cost. Unfortunately I then blocked my phone trying to unlock the new sim. The lady serving me, Sabine, went on to help me sort out the unblocking codes needed. That was all done in a few hours before bank hols weekend, inspite of the fact that the shop was about to close. I am ever so grateful. Sincere thanks to the team
