Bunch of liars. 2 lads 1 sold the screen claiming if there is a crack physical crack they will not repair it. My phone has been lagging as well as there are lines showing from the inside yet there is literally no physical damage. The clown who repairs phone is now trying to avoid compensating consider it has been only 2 months and these lot have 12 months warranty. I had my 7plus replaced from the also few years ago and my screen would lag. I don’t know why I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Double loss. AVOID AT ALL COST. AS HE PUT IT GO TO APPLE INSTEAD. FUNNY… how when they want to make a sale don’t even tell you about small prints. When I asked him today his response was ‘oh we can’t tell everyone that’ it’s your job?

These guys have been in the trade for years I last visited this store in the early 90s and have been living in spain, visited my mum and I had a dead iphone 11 which could not be repaired I give it the technician had it up and running the same day. Unbelevible I gave them a tip aswell cant express my delight amazing.
