Have used this taxi company many times, the drivers have always been very kind and helpful. Unfortunately used them last week and the person answering the phone was the opposite. I called and booked a taxi from where I was staying to a crematorium for a funeral. They sent the taxi to the wrong location, blamed me for this mistake (I gave them the full address when I originally called so this was no my error) I was charged extra for this mistake even though it was not mine, and the person on the phone had no empathy for the fact we were attending a funeral and could have been late due to this error.

Called taxi and said it would arrive within 10 minutes. 35 minutes later, still no taxi and then I call to get an update. No one responded to my call after trying 3 times. Unacceptable, would not recommend.

They were so rude. I called to ask where my taxis was. They said that it had arrived and there were no lights completely empty space. I said that they arrived in the wrong destination and they did not send me a text so say they arrived. I was told that I was lying and that this was not the case. The person answering the call was so rude and dismissive. I've been using this service for the past 16 years and I've never experienced such a rude encounter. To tell me that I'm lying even though I spelt out were I was and the fact that I never recieved a message or a call. Then to tell me that they will not send out a car if I miss the next one, even though the first one did not arrive. Completely disrespectful.
