    While the dr is fine. I am never able to get an appointment. I call from 8am everyday and have not even been able to get through until 20-40 past. I have now been told for over a week I can’t get an appointment…. It’s ridiculous

    There used to be an awful receptionist there, she was lazy, rude, abusive and a bully. In the past few months perhaps she got fired or she retired because she hasn't answered the phone whenever I call the surgery, thank God! I am very happy with the current support staff and also with the GPs and the overall level of medical care. I am very happy with this surgery.
