Signage and Loading great very organised but passports/customs was very slow and unprofessionally organised with jobs worths who were so slow we missed our train despite being there an hour before. We were told ‘it takes as long as it takes’ when we tried to speed them up to catch our train. Terminal services at Folkestone not great - had a bacon roll from the French sounding cafe it was £7 and revolting. A cold cheap bun with no butter. Yuk.
