    Why is the staff issuing the tickets so rude? ( not the staff walking around they are always super polite and friendly) but the one’s working behind the desk give me anxiety!! Pls train your staff to be a little more customer friendly! ( also the reason why i’m complaining is because this is the 3rd person I encounter with a unpleasant attitude that works behind the desk. no need for that!)

    I have no problems with the station - it's always clean and tidy. Most of the staff are ok, but the older gentleman is always friendly and respectful.

    8:00am and all ticket and information desks are shut, with only one ticket machine operational!!! Huge line for ticket collection!Open return to London is like 90£ and you can't even provide sufficient infrastructure to accommodate, not mentioning that the train was delayed!

    The ticket office is always closed for no reason. When the ticket office is finally open the larger man there is extremely rude, I get a discount because of my work and he always has comments as "lets pretend you are an employee for the next day..." I have worked for the company 4 years. One time he insisted on taking a copy of my card which had my personal details on it. I am not a happy customer. The rest of the staff are a lovely and the station is clean and tidy.
