Today I was travelling to Gillingham Kent via dover priory ,when I arrived at dover priory the connection was cancelled, I abandoned my journey and asked at dover priory for a refund .Understandably the ticket wasn't issued at dover so I was told to return to Folkestone Cntr. On arriving at folkestone the lady in the ticket office who sold me the ticket said as I bought the ticket over an hour ago I would have to pay a REFUND CHARGE !!!! of £10.,and the fare to Dover Priory .This is tandermount in my opinion theft by Southeastern Railways.

Use this station daily, there is Never a train on time & No staff or attendants past certain time. Dovers train station is a million times better at least there you can use the toilet when you need too.

I was on my way from Dover Priory to Ashford International when I discovered that I had left a present for my daughter at the café is Dover Station. A staff member at Folkestone was excellent. He phoned Dover a couple of times and requested that they search for it. It was found. His name was Paul. He was very helpful! 😊
