I'm not exaggerating when I say Richard has vastly improved my quality of life. I went to see him because I'd had been suffering from migraines for 20+ years. Within a couple of months, I noticed a massive improvement in their frequency (almost none a year on) and severity (more like an annoying headache). And my shoulders are finally relaxed!
