The Folk Junkies were amazing, all the band were awesome but the trumpet player we added was phenomenal (and we’d recommend adding!), the lead singer’s vocals were fantastic and we had an amazing evening thanks to the entire band. They kept up the tempo of the evening, played great songs and were all so talented that we’re just really grateful to the band for delivering such a great night! We would book the Folk Junkies again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend them enough!

Folk Junkies played at our wedding at Stoke Place in Buckinghamshire and they were absolutely brilliant! We were blown away by how amazing they were. They responded quickly over email and were very easy to deal with from start to finish. On the actual day, they got everyone up on the dance floor and their energy didn't drop one bit throughout the evening. The group even went above and beyond to learn our first dance song for our special day, which they performed absolutely perfectly. It was just as we imagined and it totally made our day. We couldn't have found anyone better! We would 100% recommend the band for any wedding or event. Thank you again Folk Junkies...you were incredible! We wish you every success in the future. Where do I even start?! We booked the Folk Junkies for our wedding and they exceeded all our expectations and more! The band couldn't have been more professional from start to finish. They were so helpful when it came to tailoring our wedding evening entertainment. We enquired as to whether we could have a mix of two songs for our first dance and the band turned this around and produced exactly what we were hoping for which made our first dance even more special. We also enquired about having a sax player perform alongside the DJ after the band had finished their two sets and they brought along with them @maxophone07 who was a total legend and the absolute icing on the cake! The Folk Junkies filled our dance floor from start to finish and we received no end of compliments from our guests. We will be recommending the Folk Junkies (and Max on the Sax!) to all of our friends. We can't thank you enough, absolutely incredible!

Super amazing bunch! Folk Junkies were great and perfect for our wedding reception. They were pleasant and kind when talking with our guests. The bands setup and sound check was quick and they didn't mind moving cars out of sight. Our first dance request was played beautifully. We had acoustic sets to begin with and then electric set to finish. The music really got everyone dancing and singing along. We even managed to convince them to play an encore. The agency we booked them through told us that there were no dietary requirements and this wasn't the case so just make sure everything is in order before or on the day. Folk Junkies gave us a truly magical show. Thank you!

The Folk Junkies were absolutely epic. They played at our wedding & did a wandering acoustic set for the drinks reception, followed by two sets after the meal. So many of our guests have told us they had a fab time & everyone on the dance floor was having a great time. They played everything from pop classics to heavy rock, managing to get all the genres of music we enjoy. They even learned a new song for our first dance. Can't recommend and praise them enough!

Folk Junkies were amazing when they played at our wedding. This is the second time we have seen them, so were confident they would deliver for us. The mix of a folk-style set and a more rocky set helped the evening flow. The dancefloor was never empty as their repertoire is extensive and covers many genres. We communicated with them before the event to make sure all our favourites were included. would recommend them 100% for any event.
