I cannot recommend Fodmarket's After Sales Service enough - I had an issue with a large order of frozen meals which were not delivered as quoted by the courier i.e., between 2-3pm on Friday 21/10/22 all I received from the courier company was a tracking update which said the driver was running late and will be with you shortly! I tracked them myself between the hours of 16:00 and 21:30 discovering they were finally approx. 30 minutes away but then watched on my laptop when the delivery van had turned around driving off in the opposite direction! But still the website continued to say "will be with you shortly". (The meals were eventually delivered the next day.) Now for the good part...... I contacted Fodmarket by email which was by now well after close of business, to notify them and expected a response on the Monday [24/10]. Fodmarket Customer Services made contact with me early the following morning [Saturday] and totally resolved the issue going above and beyond as the courier company were finally going to deliver whilst I was out during the morning. Customer services updated me and contacted the courier service on my behalf to arrange for them to deliver an hour later, keeping me fully informed of what they had done and apologised genuinely, despite it was not their error at all. They really did go the extra mile on my behalf. I apologise this review is lengthy and thank you if you've managed to read this far... I've been using Fodmarket since 2019 making my own meals with their condiments and pastas etc but now I am unable to prep meals as I am awaiting double hand surgery, so their Field Doctor Ready Meals are a godsend for me. A big Thank you to all At Fodmarket who made this happen.

Ordered Friday AM, dispatched Friday PM and arrived Saturday morning! Great service and that was using their standard delivery service. Able to get lots of GF items from here that have been unavailable in supermarkets for weeks. So pleased.
