We have reported Stephen Foden, Fodens Solicitors to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for making inappropriate, disproportionate & unwarranted legal threats involving breaches of Council T&Cs, data confidentiality GDPR & copyright. Like some in our police force this rude & arrogant solicitor seems to think that rules do not apply to him. We have recorded our complaint with the SRA and Telford Council so unlike Kirby's recent review Fodens can find our details. The young lady who was on the receiving end of Fodens aggressiveness on Friday felt intimidated, bullied, shocked, and emotionally distressed by it, but is now very angry after finding out that Fodens had absolutely no justification whatsoever for making it. Furthermore, this wayward solicitor ignored my call on the following Monday giving us no option in the end but to escalate the matter with a serious complaint to his regulatory authority. In our opinion this lawyers unprofessional behaviour has brought his firm and the legal profession into disrepute. No wonder the public don’t trust lawyers!

Sarah and Lauryn were excellent to work with. I bought my first place, offer put in at the start of June and I got my key at the end of August, much quicker than everyone predicted. I felt like I was never left long without some kind of update, both Sarah & Lauryn were really quick at getting back to me on any questions I had throughout this process. They both worked really hard and I'm so glad I trusted them with the purchase of my first home. Would definitely recommend!

The whole process of buying our first home with Aimee at Fodens was amazing! From offer to completion within 9 weeks (2 weeks added due to sellers solicitor). Aimee constantly kept us updated, and was an absolute pleasure. I can't recommend Fodens highly enough, I have not been stressed in the slightest, the price was very reasonable and I felt 100% confident in this company and their abilities throughout!
