Not happy with this company they are so slow in sorting things out and even if you keep failing your mod 2 test they keep booking you at the same place instead of taking you to a better test centre with a good pass rate there making money every time you fail

I loved my experience at focus rider, they were so patient with me as I took a bit longer than the others to get the hang of things, they also gave me my own space so I felt more comfortable and less like a failure amongst the others, I passed on my 2nd visit thanks to Stacey but I couldn't have done it without the help of the others on my 1st visit so thank you everyone for the brilliant 2 days I had with you! Did my CBT last year with them and was really good , never been on a bike before that , all the instructions were clear and helpful , and 10 months later just done my DAS, was a really good experience and felt at ease the whole time, massive shout out to Kev, Jeff and Laura for making it a pleasant and enjoyable experience, great instructors and will definatley recommend them to anyone thinking of getting into riding

I had my cbt training on Tuesday and want to say a big thanks to the staff at focus rider, they all are very welcoming and nice. Huge shoutout to Stacey for being patient with me and being a great instructor! Any Muslim women interested in learning how to ride a moped or motorcycle then do definitely book with focus rider, Stacey and Laura are wonderful ladies and are very understanding. Thank you so much again! I will be back for my bigger bike training :D

Completed my CBT at Focus a few days ago, after not riding for over 40 years. From my first phone call to actually completing the training, everyone has been so friendly and helpful with plenty of encouragement along the way. A special mention to Stacey for her patience and positive attitude on the day, nothing was too much trouble. Seriously considering doing the DAS course with Focus, when I've had chance to practice all I've learnt on my Yamaha YBR 125. Thanks very much.
