Shocking company booked for morning and still waiting for them to arrive it’s now 1.15. They said they have “technical issues”. And can’t get in touch with the lads to find out when they will finally arrive.

Arrangements were made to collect our belongings at 9am Monday morning. We were told they would arrive at 9am on Tuesday morning to the new property. One van arrived at 2pm. One van arrived at 8pm. 28 hours later we are still awaiting the 3rd van. As a young woman sitting in a new house with 2 new babies there was no bedding or cot for me or the babies for the whole night. Tools and screws for furniture are on the 3rd van so nothing can be put away. The lads on the van are fantastic. Leoni in the office is downright rude, unhelpful and tells lies. I was told the lads had set off at 6am Tuesday morning.. .yet they still haven't arrived at 1pm Wednesday? In short our belongings were packed up Monday, it's now Wednesday and a third are not here. The ombudsmen are on the case. I have been told by Leoni the managing director is Lee calwell and manager is Shawn Wood. All I have had is a rude, unhelpful e mail in response to my complaint. I feel genuinely sorry for the lads who work for this company. They do a great job.

If I could have left no stars I would have! Disgusting company, paid half deposit then unfortunately my daughter passed away, was told I would get deposit back waited and waited, then received cheque which bounced. Read article in Northern Echo this weekend and use at your peril!

Shoddy,unprofessional, inadequate company. Had been given a quote then They packed up most of house, drove to new property then stated they weren’t going back to get the rest unless I paid an extra£100. I refused so furniture was dumped in the front garden. Totally irresponsible.
