I don’t believe that 5 stars is a high enough rating. Mike and his team have been absolutely fabulous with the treatment and care they have provided for Millie (pug). We have been battling with eye ulcers on and off for the last 3 years with multiple vet visits. Millie is always very happy to walk through the doors and is clearly less stressed than her normal vet visits which speaks volumes. They spend time on your pet in consultations and leave no stone unturned to identify the possible problem. I have always felt that she is in the best hands when left and with people who genuinely care the way owners do. Each time I’ve collected her from a procedure or treatment she is often having cuddles with the staff. As an owner I always feel well informed and understand what is going on, from procedure to aftercare. Thank you to everyone at Focus Referrals for all you have done for Millie.
