They did not have my antibiotics, they placed an order for it, did not answer my many phone calls over 3 days for me eventually to have to go there hoping it was there...they had it but then realised they lost it in their shop. Not a word of apology. Switched nominated pharmacy yo help my health.

Constantly going in throughout the day when my prescription is ready to be collected because no one is there to sign off the medication. Also prescriptions are never ready when the GP insists they are! This has happened countless times easier to drive out of the area to another pharmacy.

Ridiculous pharmacy - trying to collect a prescription when half the time no pharmacist on site, constantly tell me no prescription been sent - GP surgery insists it has. I have had to request more replacement prescriptions as no luck collecting the originals from here. Pharmacy now changed to one where a pharmacist on site actually corresponds with the hours they are open.
