Asked for round, got stiletto. Wanted acrylics and then had them cut so short because my nail bed was apparently too short for long nails. This was told to me halfway through the procedure. Had to pay full price whilst being convinced half way through the procedure it was going to look how I wanted it too by the end. I asked for French tips (brown) and I got kitten nails with red tips. And the worst thing was I was told I had to have my nails short cause of my short nail bed and they all broke off in less than a week - which is the shortest time I’ve ever had acrylics last (normally 3/4 weeks). The managed to squeeze me in they said, I came in and it wasn’t busy at all. It’s so hard finding a reliable nail technician. Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure

Went for waxing. I was expecting it to hurt, what I wasn’t expecting was the lack of empathy. I was crying (I have sensory sensitivities) and the woman told me that I need to grow up, and that girls of 18 are able to cope with this procedure. I know I have a low pain tolerance- I am neurodivergent, I wasn’t expecting to be shamed for it. Then she made me stop. Are they always so callous?

I've always come here since living in bromley. Never had a problem with the salon/staff. One time I felt mugged off when I brought my own products for them to use on myself and they still charged me. I wouldnt of done it for free anyways put considering they charged me full price to use my own products was muggy.
