I ordered a replacement cushion for a rattan sofa. As it was a funny shape, not available on the online ordering system, I had to ring the company. They couldn't have been more helpful and after discussion I sent them an actual sized drawing of the cushion I was replacing. Customer service has been exceptional and the cushion arrived a few days later and fitted the sofa perfectly. I am very happy with the cushion and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
