Update: 9 December 2022 - I received a call from Adam who explained the issues they are having with their website and phone at the moment. I appreciate that he took the time to call and explain what was going on. I plan to collect my order once he phones to say it is ready since I am local, and I hope to give them 5 stars at that point. I picked this place for new sofa cushions because of the good reviews and because it was in Manchester where I live. I placed an order on 21 November 2022 for 3 small sofa cushions to replace some cushions in a sofa and armchair. I received a PayPal receipt with no other invoice. I called on 29 Nov, 1 Dec, 5 Dec, and 8 Dec at different times of day in order to find out the status of my order. I sent an enquiry via the website, an email to the email address listed on my PayPal receipt, and now an email to the sales email address listed on the website. I’m very disappointed that I’ve received no updates or information on my order since the PayPal receipt. When purchasing, I attempted to register an account online in order to see the status of my order, but that didn’t work.

The Aldi Corner Rattan Outdoor furniture seating (which is filler) were like pancakes after one year and so I looked around for some decent foam online. I didn't fancy buying online as I wanted to know how comfortable the foam was. Luckily for me I found that Foam Cuts were local and quite close to me. Adam the owner was absolutely brilliant as he made a couple of suggestions on the thickness and quality of foam etc. I must thank his good lady for fixing the zipper. We measured up and he cut them and they fitted a treat and we now have some decent cushioning on our outdoor furniture, all we need now is some actual sunshine! I am more than happy with the results and the price was very good and a lot less than you see advertised online. If you add in the very friendly and personal service, then it's a winner every time and I will be recommending Foam Cuts.

Wow! I was so impressed with Foam Cuts. Firstly the owners Adam and Emma are really nice people. They took the time to get to know me and what i needed for my campervan project. I needed some foam to make mattresses and pillows. Adam did this while i waited. I then asked above getting the mattresses and pillows covered. I expected to have to wait a few weeks. But, to my surprise and luck Emma said she could do them while i waited. She had a short window in-between jobs, where she could make them. This is what great service looks like. The quality and stitching of the covers is 1st class. I can highly recommend Foam Cuts. Thank you Adam and Emma.
