So very helpful as I didn't know exactly what I needed, finally picked a vanity unit and sink. Two weeks later realised it was too big, had to return it as I bought a pedestal elsewhere as the plumber was here. Called for a refund, couldn't have been more helpful. Told me to return it and a full refund given. Would 100% recommend them. Just sorry it didn't fit as it was a quality product.

Unfortunately what started off as a positive experience with FNX Bathrooms has got progressively worse, leaving me with no choice but to leave a negative review in the hopes that my issues will be resolved. We placed our order with them on August 22nd 2020 and paid in full. They recommended a plumber, Gary, and we booked him for a month later. Our problems began when the wrong wall hung base unit was sent. Twice. Third time lucky and they got the colour right. However, the marble worktop that we ordered did not arrive until November, meaning the bathroom works halted to a complete stop. This whole time FNX did not communicate with us directly, choosing instead to pass on messages via Gary the plumber. The worktop eventually arrived and had not had a second hole cut in for the tap as requested. It was Ashley who suggested compensation for the delays and the error in not cutting the top, but although I have emailed several times, this is yet to be confirmed. They do not reply to emails and when you try to ring, they have closed down their phones. To add insult to injury, the plumber they recommended, Gary, has completely ruined our bathroom (after stretching this job out for six months and postponing us 16 times) and has now refused to finish the job. He has done a total bodge job and now we have to pay extra for someone to remedy this. All in all, terrible customer service and communication from FNX and the people associated with them. I wish I could give zero stars, but I cannot.

Today I purchased a vanity sink from FNX Bathrooms. I give 5 stars for the service I received. The show room was very clean and smelt amazing. The young man who served me was most helpful and did not try to sell me higher priced items. I told Ashley what I was looking for and with no hesitation gave all different prices without pressure to buy the dearest. I felt so comfortable and I could buy what I wanted at the price I was comfortable at. I would most definitely recommend friends or family try FNX Bathrooms 1st. Thank you Ashley and staff

Good service but shame about quality of some of the products. Sink unit and bath panel split and swelled when moisture got in. I couldn't of look after them anymore than I did. Have very good exstractor in bathroom, always open window wide. This is after 6 months, will now have to replace them. Not happy.
