I have been at FNTC for a year now and they haven't helped me at all. When I first went there i had no idea what I wanted to do. And I still don't a year later. I was told they would help me pass my maths and English and also help me get a job/apprenticeship. And they have done neither. I know COVID 19 would have affected this but I had barely any contact through out lock down and when I did contact them it would take anywhere from 10 to 14 days to get a response. They aren't helpful at all and clearly dont care about the people. I would 100% not reccomend FNTC

I am currently doing my level 3 business administration with FNTC and only have positive things to say. The coaches are extremely flexible in adjusting your sessions to your learning needs, 1-1 sessions with your coach are very frequent and they are always quick to respond to any emails if you are struggling with the work set. Would highly recommend.
