Had the lovely Nerita. Gorgeous nails that look so natural and a fantastic price. Theyre lovely and welcoming and even if you did chip one theyre happy to fix them for you or rescue your broken nails. Theyre accomodating and sweet and they always can help or reccomed services based on whether your nails are natural, you want full acrylic or if you want only a few extensions. Honestly i wouldnt trust anyone else with my nails after seeing the quality of this amazing salon. They even make getting nail art a breeze. So talented everyone there Bring cash or it's a bank transfer.

A little disappointed with the booking system. Ok I had booked biab removal and re apply which was telling me it takes 1hour and 15 minutes. You cannot amend your booking without cancelling and rebooking which I tried to do last visit and lost my slot. I really wanted a French manicure today, but was told I couldn't because I hadn't booked it!!! You are a great team and shop but the booking system lost you a star with me today. Just popped into this salon for some advice, I bite my nails and went in to ask if they could do anything. The girl I spoke to was less than helpful, she said I needed to grow them for 3 weeks before they could do anything. IF I COULD DO THAT I WOULD NOT NEED THEM. She offered no alternative and shrugged her shoulders. I though this salon had won awards? What for? Certainly not for customer service!!!
