Faye was kind and very professional. After having non-existent eye brows since the 1980's, I was very nervous about going through the procedure. Faye explained everything in a really calm way and put me at ease. She really did listen to what type of eyebrow you wanted - I wanted very natural ones. The tattooing was pain-free thanks to the anaesthetic cream and Faye's care. In fact it turned out to be very relaxing. I was so pleased with the results straight away. It was very emotional. I've had my second appointment for a touch up and can honestly recommend Faye. It has been great for my self-esteem and I don't need to hide my non-existent eyebrows anymore. Thanks Faye. From the first consultation Faye was friendly and very thorough with her questions about my skin type, my desired outcome and she provided comprehensive advice about what could be achieved. During the treatment Faye puts you at ease and ensures you are happy with the colour and makes sure you are aware of the aftercare and healing guidelines.
