Back in July 2019 i visited the clinic which went fine, due to only slight hair loss i was recommended a 1 year prescription of Finersride at the tune of £250. The after Experience was terrible. I paid for the Finersrride over the phone and Farzana the secretary assured me these would be sent recorded delivery at a further cost of £5. The tablets did not arrive. I phoned the secretary to investigate. She was very rude and abrupt and told me the package had been signed for and for by ‘Bob’. I don't know a Bob let alone live with one! The secretary told me it was my issue now and in so many words to go away! This was followed up with some unprofessional texts and language telling me that the clinic had done what it said it would. I was furious. So wrote a goggle review to this affect. This resulted in Dr Malakani phoning me and saying he would refund if i removed the review, which i did!! The refund never happened!! Fast forward 3 weeks the post office contacted me to say they had a parcel for me, i went and collected it and sure enough it was from the clinic. A totally stressful unprofessional experience. By acclaimed professionals. If you order from Amazon and there is an issue they bend over to help you. Fast forward 6 months the pills don't work and can be found online for a full subscription of £60! I feel let down and ripped off and advise any potential patience's to approach this clinic with real caution.

had the hair transplant in may and it went really good still early for the result but it does take time and the after care was really good and would recommend them to any one. Six months on and so far it is really good and going very well and have and would recommend to any one that would want a hair transplant

Dr Mir Malkani is a great doc I did mine in April 2019 2050 grafts.its changed the way I look and the way I feel about myself, confidence boost 100% and shaved 10 years down do it there and do not do it in Turkey even if it was free .....

I'd like to share my experience regarding my recent hair transplant with Dr Malkani and his team. In my opinion he is a top class surgeon and would highly recommend him to anyone considering having a hair transplant. You won't be disappointed. A very honest individual and a highly skilled hair transplant surgeon. He gave me a detailed explanation of my procedure, which included how it will be carried out, my recovery time and answered all of my questions. Finally the aftercare provided by him and his team has been exceptional.

Dr Malkani and his team provided an excellent and extremely professional service. I was very anxious on the morning of the procedure but the team but me at ease straight away and made me as comfortable as i could possibly be. The procedure was not as painful or uncomfortable as i expected and was finished in less time the predicted. Overall i could not fault the performance of the Dr Malkani institute and would recommend highly to anyone considering hair treatment.

Simply Incredible! My husband had 2500 FUE with Dr Malkani in June last year and his new hairline makes him look so different and much younger! We were really apprehensive at the start of this jouney but were encouraged by all the positive reviews we found from other patients. We did quite a bit of research online and also on the forums .Dr Malkanis name kept coming up and I knew we had to go for an initial consultation at least. We were welcomed by a lovely lady called Farzana who is the patient coordinator and then met Dr Malkani . He struck me as a very nice chap but extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field answering all our questions and calmed our apprehensions. My husband was booked in on a Saturday Morning and had his FUE done .We were done by about 4pm and we even got a lovely complementary lunch . After care was really top notch , very little swelling was noticed. One year later , I feel like I am married to a different man ! Highly recommended!

I had a FUE procedure with dr malkani at ksl scotland. I told him i had scarring problems and he told me not to worry as he was the 'leading and most experienced surgeon in the UK'. I naively beleived him. The procedure was so paunful and i had to walk out mid-way. I know have the worst keloid scarring on the back and my head was ruined. In the end i needed plastic surgery correction, which i had abroad as it was cheaper. Be very careful when you read his reviews, they are obviously fake and written for him. See my pictures attched.
