I've emailed them five times in the last few months. The first couple of times to get an ETA on a display stand, then after no responses, three times to cancel an order and after weeks of waiting...no response. This business is truly abysmal when it comes to customer service - avoid like the plague.

ordered the P40 GWH 1/32,the 1st december, received the parcel 13rd december. Great communication with Richard, I ordered first time but I change to the new model in pre-order, my son prefer had the gift for Christams and three days later I change the order again... every time Richad refund the price during the hour following my demand. thanks so much to him

Wish I'd read some of the reviews on here first. Zero communication from Richard Darling, has not replied to my emails, calls go unanswered. I am going to open a dispute ticket with paypal to get a refund. Richard doesn't seem to understand or care, that customer service is a key element of running a succesful business. Avoid this company.
