Used to be really good, never dropped a beat. Don't know what's happened to them - seem to spoil every special occasion now. Either mishandling during transit or arriving horrendously late after birthdays with several days notice (even to factor in the Royal Mail) - get emails saying the items are out for delivery and they arrive two days later. Idiotic customer support, when you make a complaint they'll only answer that things have been delivered and not address the issues. Need to find a new go-to flower company, shame.

Purchase some flowers for our anniversary 3 days before the date. Arrived at 6:30pm on the day of the anniversary which is not ideal and the delivery seemed to be by an Amazon delivery person. When the box was opened some of the flowers were broken and others so dried out they had to be thrown as did not come back. I won’t be using flying flowers ever again and will just phone our local florist up as they personally deliver by 1pm.

Flowers arrived in a crushed box. Some had been broken and the others were wilting. Despite my best efforts in following the instructions which were sent, they are either bent, dead or wilted. An absolute disgrace and of extremely poor quality. Requested a refund as I am most disappointed. Customer service non-existent as I have been waiting on the online chat so far for 30 mins with no response. Shameful!

Good service again, there postage dates and arrival is always bit hit and miss, flowers arrived in good condition, although early, and the volume seems considerable less than ordered, but Mother is happy, and that's the important thing I guess. I would recommend but with caution.

Horrified at the state of my mother's day gift from my son. Had been upside down, bulb completely out, soil everywhere, card damp and badly soiled as well. Delivery person made the fastest get away ever. Should have asked me to check and apologised. Outer box was all damp and open.

Absolutely wasted my money ordering from them. You will not receive the quality or the quantity from this company, see comparison images. Flowers all dead on arrival and wouldn't recover, and my local petrol station would have been 100x better value. Terrible experience and it's a shame you can't rate them a ZERO
