Our French door delivered without any glass protection.One of the glass crashed during the transfer from delivery car to our home. The glass must to been damaged in the transport because crashed when was just lifted. The company refused replacement we had to pay for a new glass. We found a few other scratches on the glass. The door handle and frame were scratched. The company charge a lot for delivery but the door wasn't proper protected. Can't recommend the company.

We bought french doors from Flying Doors some months back which fitted our purposes perfectly. The builders managed to fit the doors with no issues whatsoever apart from a scratched pane. Flying Doors were first class about this and replaced the pane without fuss and on trust. They have provided us with an excellent service.

Ordered some anthracite sliding doors on the website based on the lead times of 2 weeks being quoted when placing the order. Heard nothing for nearly a week so chased this up to be told there was another 4 weeks on top of the week that had already passed. Pointed out that the statement on the website was misleading but no effort was made to improve on the lead times given they already had my money.

Ordered a set of Anthracite Grey French doors, quoted 2 weeks delivery and were received in just under. Doors are of very high quality with everything included such as trickle vents etc. Having never ordered this type of product before I gave them a call prior to completing my online order, couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend Flying doors and will use again in the future

Ordered French doors form this company and I can honestly say that dealing with them has been a pleasure. From the initial order I was constantly kept informed regarding the delivery details. I ordered from their site but wanted to speak to someone so spoke to their customer service - Amanda I think, who was able to answer all my questions. The door was delivered on time, the driver so friendly and helpfull, he wouldn’t even let me assist due to Covid. I had the doors fitted a week later and I can honestly say that the quality is superb! We’re highly delighted and wouldn’t hesitate at ordering from them again!
