I went on Saturday to Princes Street and couldn't find the place. I called and was told the office was closed on Saturday but that they could help over the phone. After explaining my situation, I realised that the man was not interested in helping or understanding my needs, as he only told me he could provide me with travel flight options, thing that anyone can do online.
