The service was easy to use with clear directions and instructions. I would say that it would be better to call the number provided as soon as you land though as the car was not waiting for us, we had to wait 20 minutes.

This my follow up email as no one has contacted my apart from the unsigned arbitrary trotted out reply to my previous review. This company returned my Porche with the rear end caved in. Luckily, or so I thought the nice man who brought my car back to me agreed that the damage was clearly their fault as he was in fact the same man who took the car when we departed. Since this happened in April and it is now June one would have expected this to be resolved or at the very least some dialog. As it stands neither myself or my insurance company have managed to achieve this. Now the phone is answered by a message telling me that its temporarily out of order, one can only deduce that this bunch of cowboys has gone bust? I shall have to pay for the repair to my vehicle myself now at quite a considerable cost.

Put my car via them at Heathrow, collected the car with a crack in the windscreen. Despite asking them to send me the pictures when I dropped off the car they didn’t and instead sent me a link to their terms and conditions (Central Airport Parking) stating they are not liable for any damage to your car. Would never use them again. If you want peace of mind your car is being looked after spend a little on a better company!

I spent a week trying to get out of Chile, and arrived home very relieved 10 days early. Although I sent emails telling the company I was arriving early, they tried to tell me I would have to wait 2 hours while they found my car. After a small exchange, they miraculously found it and I got it in about 45 mins. However as I arrived home early I had to pay £20 cash to the driver or not get my car! Profiting from other peoples misery is wholly immoral, and why I definitely would recommend that people find a different chauffeur car parking firm with a better moral compass
