    To put it simply - Barrie's bootcamps are fab! Granted I couldn't go upstairs the day after the first one I went to! Barrie really does encourage you to push yourself but in a totally non-threatening, non-shouty, encouraging, friendly way. The other people at bootcamp were super friendly and welcoming despite my poor fitness levels. I can highly recommend giving them a go :)
