Called a few days ago to enquire about a dog up for adoption. Appointment made for a few days later and our new baby is already at home settling in! The staff couldn't have made it any easier at all! All so lovely and made it very obvious they care about the animals, making sure everyone came to say bye to the dog before we left!

Travelled to the county and stayed in accommodation locally to make my appointment to meet a dog. Discovered said dog had been rehomed before I booked the appointment. Astonishingly poor administration. Avoid this waste of time and money of a centre.

Absolutely appalling practices going on here. They claim their insurance doesn't allow public access to the actual living space of the dogs. Judging by the smell of the dogs as they are brought out to you, it's because of the appalling living conditions. Only interested in taking your money and using the dogs as money spinners. (They claim to care about them but this is complete tosh) AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. (If only Google would allow zero stars 😕)
