We have been bringing our grandchildren, now 8 and 10 years old to Fluidity or approximately two years. The staff are welcoming and friendly, ensuring the safety of each and every child. For us it is the best activity centre in Cardiff.

First time to review them but THIRD time to have booked a party at Fluidity Freerun for a joint birthday do for the kids (their 5th, 9th and 11th birthdays) and they all had a fabulous time with the coaches giving a little helping hand here and there but not so structured as to make it feel like a 'lesson'. Best of all, it was so easy and stress free for us parents with the Fluidity team organising the party food from Dominos (pizza and potato wedges) and drinks - just turn up with the cake and you're sorted. Highly recommended!

Had my child's joint birthday party in this dirty place, had to clean tables, owner was money grabber more concerned with money than customer service. Tried to go behind us to other family in joint party to add costs. Was told can provide our own food, so we ordered are own pizza, owner not happy, made us feel uncomfortable from minute we walked in until we left, he was very petty!
