The products seem nice online, but very disappointing service when trying to order with a deadline (which was ignored throughout the discussion), and now too late to go somewhere else. Won't waste time here again. Edit to respond to comments from owner: The issue wasn't not being able to meet the deadline. That would have been understandable and perfectly reasonable. The issue was that we made the deadline clear from the beginning, were provided with a series of artwork drawings that each time took >24 hours for small changes, and each time ignored some or all of our requests, and when we expressed frustration at the painful process, were told (and this is a quote): "All I have done is chase and chase for you, that is all I can possibly do." Don't try to make your internal problems into the client's problems. The client is not responsible for your poor internal communication.

Appalling service. I was provided a substandard product which wasn't fit for purpose. I was constantly chased for payment and not offered a credit or a refund and then threatened with legal action. There are much better customer friendly merchandise providers out there. Steer Clear.

Don't waste your time with this mob. Useless and slow is the best description I can give. Be prepared for the "we are busy" line and "I will get them to push the art-work along" line. You will wait wait and wait even longer, then give up like I done. Cant comment on product as never got that far due to their incompetence. Oh and I should say I persevered with this for almost 3 weeks. Try somewhere else
