    Absolutely poor service. They have no idea about bridging loan. After 5 months I was took lender can not lend money. Absolutely disgusting. Lost fortune of money.

    Terrible. The person I spoke to on the phone had no clue about even basic mortgage questions. I had to explain what we needed. Then I was booked in for a second appointment which never happened because they never called. Got in contact with them to ask to call me. They again said they will, and again never did.

    Was excited to see that I could get a slightly better rate with a bank through comparethemarket.com and it referred me to Fluent Mortgages.The adviser called me within minutes but she was so uninterested and I felt very much like I was on a conveyor belt.Zero enthusiasm and rapport.I asked one simple question of why I needed to provide more than one year of employment history (as other mortgage brokers I'd used hadn't asked for this) and her response was:"I don't make the rules".I definitely wouldn't recommend based on first impression.

    Awful service. Only use if you want to waste your time and get nothing at the end of it. I did all they asked,sent all documentation - didn’t hear from them again. Left messages on app they want you to download but they don’t use !and I kept ringing to find out what’s going on - only to find out they put my mortgage application on hold without informing me . Reason given was they wanted more proof of income , but no one informed of this !
