My 83 year old Mother had a service contract with another Stockport based company who left her without heating/hot water after replacing a pump which failed after 2 days; she sat in all day waiting for a phone call which never happened. Having dealt with Alex and Mike at Flueclean before I asked them if they could help. Within the day they arranged for Dave to see if he could establish where the fault lay. Dave was both professional and friendly and very quickly established where the fault lay having both plumbing and wiring expertise. Mum is absolutely delighted as her flat is warmer than its ever been so huge thanks to all the team on a job well done.

Work carried out:- service and repair of several gas and oil heaters. The engineers turned up on time and completed the tasks thoroughly and conscientiously. They were very helpful and explained everything clearly. I emailed the Service Manager this morning regarding a fault on one of our heaters who then phoned within minutes to talk us through how to get it up and running so we also know how to do it again in the future. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Very bad Service I have had from them... The engineer forgot to place the flue cap back on after service. which can be very dangerous.. They do not work as to agreement. (Parts and Labour).. Then they expect me to pay them...
