Great experience to use Flue Stox. Started with a phone call, called to the office and warehouse unit in Salford with my measurements. The happy helpful staff have way more experience than me in designing of a stainless steel 4" Flue for our new wood pellet heating system. Due to the uncommon size ( small ), they ordered me the full kit with all the brackets and adapters down to a 3" Fan Flue outlet. My order was fulfilled within five days. Fantastic top quality kit with all the parts I didn't even know I needed. Many thanks for the help and service. David
