I work for a wealthy client and when Flue Liner Solutions quoted for some work having seen the size of the house, they put in a vastly inflated quote that worked out at more than £1000 + VAT per hour for labour replacing boilers [ not even including materials!]. £5500 to instal an extractor fan! I assume they hoped we wouldn't do a bit of due diligence. Very disappointing, attempted profiteering that reflects poorly on the trustworthiness of the company.
