    Mike made arrangements to attend 6 times , he has postponed with notice twice but 4 times- he never arrived or even contacted me. I waited in and every time he was due to come , I had to move existing very heavy fireplace only to realize after the allocated time had passed that he was not going to be attending. I never got my fireplace inspected & new log burner installed - he just messed me about ABSOLUTLEY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE- COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE - NEVER USE THIS MAN Service: Fireplace installations
