Disgusting behaviour witnessed today at a road traffic accident when they came to collect the deceased. With the body in the ambulance they proceeded to yell out of the window at the cars. Vile behaviour and so disrespectful to those standing praying for the deceased.

Horrific service from Floyd & Son. Merely 2 hours after a bereavement, they called us out of the blue (without us reaching out to any funeral directors), with a disgusting attitude down the phone, telling us they were on their way to 'collect the body'. Absolutely no introduction to who they were, and when we told them they were not taking our grandmother, they responded with 'oh yes, yes we are'. They then cut the call on us, resulting in us spending 15 minutes having to call back reaching voicemail to ensure they would not be coming. Eventually we got another call from Mike at Floyd & Son, who continued his vile approach to the conversation, shouting down the phone that we didn't understand the process and they would be coming to collect. After him continually shouting at us 'no, you don't understand', Mike eventually understood that we have our own funeral directors and had no intention of ever using him or his company. This was all before we had a confirmation of reason for death, so I hope that anyone reading this fully appreciates how disgusting and inappropriate this was. His tone of voice and way he was speaking to a grieving family have left no doubt in my mind, that Mike is working in the complete wrong industry as he showed not a caring bone in his body. Absolutely no empathy or understanding of the industry they work within, it seemed like they were trying to be first on the scene in order to ensure they could get our business. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
