Can't thank you enough for helping us out each time we've flooded, you and Anglian Water were the only ones to help us when the council lacked any real interest in what was happening, everyone who came out dug in to lend a hand, the jobs were always messy and nobody complained, the weather is now freezing cold and you still wear smiles, admirable people, and your boss even came to see if we were ok and kept us updated on all that was going on. Really appreciate your time and effort, and I hope to never have to see you again but if I do at least I'll have some comfort in knowing I'm in good hands. I'd buy you all a Christmas beer if I was allowed.

I work for another drainage company and called Flowline asking for some advice. I spoke to 4 different people, all of whom were really helpful and genuinely wanted to help. They weren't going to get any business from me but went out of there way to help me get the information I was looking for. As a result, I managed to get a solution to my problem when there was no benefit to them. I will be recommending them whenever a job is too big for our company. Well done guys.
