My boiler failed on a Sunday and it was great to have Kris come out that same day to take a look. He wasn't able to fix it that day because he needed a part, but it seems like he spent a fair amount of time thinking about and researching the problem over the next 48 hours. That careful thought ended up saving me about 100 pounds because in the end the replacement part needed was less expensive than the part he initially thought needed to be replaced. Only feedback is that he could have been a bit more communicative while he was doing that research because for a while I wasn't sure whether he had ghosted me!

Kris @ Flowline comes highly recommended from me. He was responsive and engaged in the work planning process and gave helpful guidance throughout (work consisted of radiator replacements and removals, boiler repaid and upgrade of heating control system to smart meter / e-controlled). Fantastic service and company. My boiler broke down and I called the company straight away. Immediately Krish was able to identify the problem and gave me short term and long term solutions. I opted for a new boiler and krish had sourced one and installed it the next day!! They ensured that it was working and checked and flushed all the radiators in the house. They maintained a high standard of cleanliness whilst completing the work in the house by covering all carpets, hoovering as they worked and also removing any waste and rubbish for no extra charge. The finish was excellent and he ensured that I had a thorough understanding of how the new boiler and thermostat worked and kindly set up my preference for me. I would highly recommend this company for fast efficient reliable and most importantly trustworthy service!
