Discovered the consequences of a blocked drain on changeover day at our holiday let. With no prior warning from guests about the problem, timescales to resolve issue before next guests were tight. From the first phone call to FlowFinity they understood the urgency, maintained contact about arrival times, fixed the problem and left the property not just tidy but guest-ready tidy. Work that day identified tree root ingress and a couple of months on we have now had the drains lined. In challenging weather the team worked long hours in order to complete same day. Thank you Torin, Jordan and Brad; great service, communication and respect for our property.

Flowfinity (via insurance) came to replace a broken drain run due to tree roots. Brad arrived first thing in the morning and worked solidly until the job was done. Excellent quality of work, down to the final brick paver pointing and cement finish work (and tidied up wonderfully too!). Lovely and friendly as well. Can't recommend them enough!
