I ordered flowers for a friend as a birthday surprise . The flowers were delivered but my friend , unbeknown to me , was on holiday. The flowers were delivered to a neighbour and when i called Flowerstalk to advise of my error they said my friend could go in after her holidays for a fresh bouquet!!! How amazing is that !! All my fault but absolutely wonderful customer service XX

Please do yourselves a massive favour and NEVER go to this place. They just rip you off and you end up with flowers which would die the very same day! How embarrassing if the flowers were a gift for someone!! Not worth your hard earned cash! Thanks for the response. The above review is from 2017 and I came over to the West Hampstead store and was basically told to get lost by your female shop assistant when I showed her a picture of the rotten flowers the next day. Hopefully your service is better 5 years later....

I am so grateful to Flowerstalk - they are incredibly lovely people. When a much loved relative died in Croatia, they worked over the weekend to arrange a flower delivery for Monday morning. The flowers were beautiful and arrived an hour before the service. Really appreciate their help.
