Appalling service. My wedding bouquet was sent to them in August 2021 and arrived back to me, broken and in pieces, in December 2022! I am still waiting for my bouquet to be returned to me (again) but communication is pretty much non-existent, often waiting over a month for a response to an email. Considering the prices they are charging, I should not still be waiting for my bouquet nearly 2 years later. Avoid at all costs.

I can't thank Liz enough for providing me with a special part of my day that I can keep forever. I had some roses preserved from my engagement and a paperweight made with one of the roses. Absolutely love it and everyone was fascinated by the paperweight! Liz is so friendly and the service was perfect! They even delivered the extra roses that were preserved right to my home 😊 if you ever need to preserve flowers from any occasion these ladies are the ones to go to 💞

I’ve just received my paperweights containing flowers from my wedding bouquet from Flowers Forever and they are simply brilliant! I will treasure them forever and they will always remind me of my wedding day. They were lovely gifts for my mother and mother-in-law and I kept a few containing a selection of flowers for myself. I also really appreciated the advice from the helpful staff and the updates throughout the process - it took a while to get the paperweights (about 5months) but I was kept informed of timings and the wait was worth it!

The end product (paperweight) was of good quality and packaged well when sent, but this company's service is abysmal. Even when we complained about poor correspondence/updates/schedule via email/phone, we received no apology and continued tardiness.

Aboustley fantastic company! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for their flowers to be perversed! Liz took my order last minute and was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process updating me regularly!
