    Failed to fulfil refund. I placed order for mother's day online, order confirmed and payment taken. I then received an email from (a day later) saying they were out of stock. By this stage it was too late for mother's day so I asked for refund, this was promised but has never appeared.

    Website and ordering: 5/5 Customer service when called to verify order: 5/5 Delivery: 5/5 Value for money: 2/5 and that’s a stretch Picture attached is a 40 quid bouquet. Should have gone to a regular shop and probably would have gotten a better result for that amount of money. Expected more and maybe it’s my expectations but definitely a lesson learned
