Appalling customer service. I ordered flowers from them for a birthday (3 days in advance). They still haven't arrived the day after they were due. The company blames Royal Mail and takes no responsibility whatsoever themselves. Refused even to give a refund. Don't buy from them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner JAMES HUNT is rude and arrogant. I asked for a refund on an order his company messed up, to which he called me a lier. Zero customer service. He posts peoples emails online with personal details. Look at the bad reviews all stating this owners name.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! WATCH HOW RUDE THE OWNER JAMES HUNT REPLIES!!! He also shares customers details online so beware. This company sent my order to the incorrect address and then claimed it to be my fault as I enter my own address and own billing address incorrectly. My bank confirmed they wouldn’t have allowed payment if I entered it wrong which means this company changed my details to refuse a refund after delivering to the wrong address. I spoke to the managing director JAMES HUNT who immediately in his first email stated I am ridiculous and lying without even asking for my proof. The customer service shown by someone who is suppose to deal with customers correctly and investigate the problem is enough to put anyone off this company. Their main contact number isn’t even a real number either. Shambles of a company.

Sent a different version of the flowers that I ordered, was told that the owner thought they were 'rather fun' and essentially told to get over the fact they were different than the pic and the flower I ordered. I chose a certain flower for sentimental reasons so to be sent a different variety completely ruined the purpose of the flowers in the first place. James was unhelpful and patronising via email. I was sent some T&C's that state the florist can send different varieties at their discretion which is absurd. Plus they didn't arrive next day delivery. The flowers also lasted a couple of days at the most. Over priced for what they are. I will never order again and would not recommend.
