Beautiful flowers but always dead within 4 days. My partner has bought me at least 5 bouquets from here in the last year and I’ve had to tell him to stop as they die so quickly compared to other florists where the flowers can last almost 2 weeks!

Previous review - Andrius Ezerinskas My partner ordered a bouquet for our anniversary but unfortunately we had a bit of a situation (please refer to Andrius review). Once feedback was posted we received a prompt response and I called next morning. I was given an apology, explanation of what might have happened and offered a new bouquet of my choice. It was personally delivered by one of the staff members to me next day. I am very happy with my flowers and thank you for putting back a smile on my face. I would most definitely recommend this flower place because not just they offer amazing flower compositions but I felt listened and valued as a customer.

I bought the flowers on Friday afternoon for anniversary and on Monday half of the flowers were rotten (refer to photos). Absolutely appalling! Would have given 0 starts if there was such option but 1 would be just fair because the staff was really friendly and helpful

Lovely helpful staff visited Flower Box to have flowers arranged for my grandmas funeral. Flowers came out excatly how i wanted, the Lady in the shop who assisted me and my mum listend to every detail, as we wanted specifically a Pink and White theme, she was professional and kind. The flowers were beautful and very good qaulity, abosolutey pleased with how they turned out, would definitly use again !
