Failed to issue me with the 10 year guarantee I was promised, and now there are holes appearing in their product meaning it’s not fit for purpose. They are refusing to issue the guarantee stating it was my responsibility to request it (although they didn’t tell me what their alleged protocol was) and refusing to correct the issues with the flooring.
