Excellent experience from start to finish. Very competitive price and great communication with Nathan regarding quote, visit and arranging everything. He sent Tommy over to visit our place and to assess the situation.Tommy is such a lovely young man. He came later to install a few ceiling light fittings, relocate a socket and install an electric radiator and did a fantastic job. Tommy was neat and tidy and cleaned up after the work. Nathan and Tommy were fantastic when trying to sort out some very dodgy electrics without the expense and upheaval of a full rewire. They kept us fully informed from the start and were really helpful with suggestions of how we could keep the cost down. They worked very hard and didn’t give up, even when finding the source of the problem was proving difficult. They were friendly, professional and were always there when they said they would be. Flow came recommended to us and were fantastic. Professional, polite and trustworthy. We'd highly recommend and will be using them again in the future. We had a few days worth of electrical work doing to our new home with various requirements including: - Putting in new sockets and moving pendants - Removal of unused/unsafe sockets, panic button, old thermostat - installation of chandelier above stairs, on the landing, living room and dinning room - attach Ring doorbell - replace light fittings - create new wall lights either side of bed - fitting smoke and heat alarms - Garage and main board rewire - fit caballing for future electrics works. Nathan and Tommy are a great duo and work hard. They were always on time and even requested to turn up early in order to get things done within the agreed timeframe. Just make sure you keep them hydrated with cups of Coffee.
