Never use this company. Their prices are low but service is disgusting. The few £'s you save are not worth your reputation or mental health. Last job 2 weeks late, team never returns calls (15+). Imagine having to tell a client that you don't know if a job is on the press yet, 2 weeks after promised delivery! Used them for years but got fed up with EVERYTHING being late. Decided to give them another go based on price. NEVER AGAIN. Should be 0 stars

Ordered 10,000 A5 flyers for a charity project I was working on. Couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. I had reassurance from the account manager every step of the way, and every question I had was answered promptly. The order arrived promptly and I was delighted with the quality of print, and reproduction of colours. More importantly, the businesses who sponsored the cost of the flyers were impressed with the quality too. I will be using them for any future needs as the price was the best I could find.

I had used this company before when I worked in another school and had lots of issues with getting artwork approved. This led to orders having to be collected as there was no time for delivery. I have since moved schools and thought I would give them another go as I had received a marketing call from them promising that things were now different. I registered on their website and was told to phone for a 10% discount. The order was just shy of £1000. I asked for the discount but was then told that I was a customer from 8 years ago and that I was setting up a fake account to in Eoghan's words "Screw them out of more money" I told him that I had hoped to use a local company but if he wanted to be rude then I would go to Instantprint. Eoghan then hung up. Instantprint matched the Quinn's price and couldn't be more helpful.
