I had the pleasure of being coached by Czarina and I have nothing but positive things to say. I found Czarina very encouraging and a pilar of integrity, I'd initially signed up to work with her without clarity of what I wanted as an outcome. Czarina paused on starting the course and asked all the right questions for me to naturally work up an outcome before I started. I did the CV clinic and the Career Counselling course. Needless to say my CV is fully optimised and applying for jobs is so much easier now. The Career Counselling sessions were super thought provoking and left me feeling confident about my path, a LOT more positive about my needs and less anxious about navigating a career and my own business. It may sound like an obvious result to most, but prior to this it was stifling having a squiggly career and navigating starting a business. Thank you Czarina!
